Our Mission
“Create safer working environments, ensuring high performance and reducing the workers’ physical effort!”
Do you know what the risk of biomechanical overload syndrome is?
Biomechanical Overload syndrome is a widespread risk condition, and musculoskeletal pathologies represent a big part of occupational disease reports.
Prolonged exposure to Biomechanical Overload can cause pathologies of the musculoskeletal, nervous and tendon systems, which in severe cases can lead to permanent disabilities. The risk from Biomechanical Overload does not come from a single event but from many micro-traumas, which compromise the tissues and can cause pathologies over time.
The Biomechanical Overload Risk has legal relevance and obliges the hirer to protect the workers' health and well-being. The hirer's disregard for the risks causes inefficiency from an economic-working point of view and leads to reduced productivity, an increase in accidents and a potential manpower reduction.

In 2022, work accidents and occupational illnesses represented more than 3.3% of EU GDP: 460 billion euros!
The main causes of musculoskeletal disorders
Working conditions
Non-ergonomic workstations, non-compliant tools, unfavourable microclimatic conditions, intense work rhythms with shorter ( or even absent) recovery periods, and lack of PPE use.
Loads to support
Anche un peso minimo, se sostenuto a lungo nel tempo, è causa di sovraccarico biomeccanico con conseguenti disturbi per l’operatore.
Poor postures
Improper posture for too long can cause direct alterations to "postural memory" and lead to various pathologies.
Weather conditions
Extreme weather conditions, such as intense cold or high humidity, can increase muscle tension and aggravate inflammation and stiffness.
In the construction and industrial sectors, they turn into:
Musculoskeletal disorders account for 90% of work interruptions. This underlines the importance of preventive strategies and ergonomic solutions.
Musculoskeletal disorders constitute 90% of occupational illnesses and affect workers' health and productivity.
Diseases resulting from biomechanical overload show a rise of 20% each year, an alarming trend that can be limited to the right prevention tools.
The EU Directive for safety and health at work
The EU Directive for Safety and Health at Work sets intermediate objectives for 2021-2027 to improve the workers' well-being. Occupational illnesses and accidents at work have consequences for the worker and undermine the economic efficiency of companies and the general competitiveness of the EU economy.

«Safe working conditions are essential for a healthy and productive workforce»

This is why GravityJoe® was born
Ergonomic and safe workstations!
GravityJoe® was designed to maximize work safety limiting physical effort to a minimum, consequently increasing productivity, efficiency and performance quality. Thanks to its versatility, GravityJoe® meets the needs of different fields, including the construction and industrial sectors, drastically reducing the risk of overloading the upper limbs.
Higher productivity and performance quality
By eliminating effort and being able to move easily, users can do the work in less time and with less effort.
Lower risk of injury
Thanks to ergonomics and load reduction, the risk of accidents is significantly reduced, resulting in a healthy and safe working environment.
Labor-saving
GravityJoe® allows a single operator to perform tasks that would otherwise require more workforce, thus optimizing resources increasing productivity and quality of performance.
